• 1:24 Cone Flip Challenge

  Yesterday I posted a bottle flip challenge video. The students watched it and then we challenged each other.

  Here are the rules:
  3 Jumping jacks = 2 flips
  Any flip landed = 1 point
  After your 2 flips, do 3 more jumping jacks
  Continue for 1 min and see how many points you can score.
  Feel free to switch up the exercise and the game.
  We also played doing push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, and squats. And the other version we did was toss/flip markers, crayons, pencils (whatever you have) into a small container.
